Can't choose the color

"The description does indicate you cannot choose color, but I feel you should be able to. I purchased these because the price was so low and since they said child suspenders. I purchased them for my 1 yr old and even shortened as much as possible, they were huge. I tried them on my 2 1/2 year old and still too big. Disappointed and would have returned but would have to pay for return shipping. It wasn't worth it."
