"I wanted quality invitations and I got them. The paper was a heavy weight, and the images and print were of good quality. Just what I expected for a 2 year old's birthday party. My order also arrived on time. I paid for priority shipping. Customer service was responsive when I had an issue. I wanted more than 1 quantity and you can't update the quantity once it is in your shopping cart. The company should really fix that. I went ahead and placed the order for one package because the website doesn't allow you to save your custom design and I didn't want to lose it. I called the next morning and they added the additional quantities I wanted. Although this order would now shipping separately, they did not charge me to send it with priority shipping like the online order I placed. That was great customer service!"
