Very cute non-tutu costume

"I was looking for an age appropriate witch costume that wasn't a tutu for my 4-year-old. This one was very cute and didn't disappoint me. The quality is nice and is about what I expected. The hat fits her head nicely and doesn't cover her eyes or fall off.
This costume runs small. My daughter is an average sized 4-year-old and it fits her perfectly. It would be too small for kids that are 5 or 6.
Overall, it's a very cute and I'm happy with it."
