"It looks good on the photo. In reality it is made of some cheap flimsy, streatchy fabric used for soft toy skin. It generates so much static electricity that wearing it is virtually impossible - just sticks to other clothes like plastic wrap. Oh, the badge is just a cheap print too. Remember: appointment always leads to disappointment."

Falling apart out of the bag

"My daughter was so excited to receive her Ravenclaw robe. However, when she put it on, there was a big rip in the side seam and the clasp that holds it together broke right after she put it on. I do not like having to repair new items!
After sewing and without clasp, costume looked cute and she was happy"

"My daughter wanted this to dress in Gryffindor attire like Luna to go to the opening of the final showing of Harry Potter Deathly Hollows Part 2. The robe was a great asset to the costume. Quality isn't the best, considering what we paid, but the affect was good. The shipping was too high, even for standard shipping. We paid to have it in less than a week...like $15 and the plus was that we did get it when promised. The button that holds the robe together has broken already but I think can be fixed. it was durable enough to get through the major event. My duaghter had great fun in it and it fit really well. She is a 14-16 sometimes 12 and the 10-12 robe fit really well. Plenty of length.
Another dissapointment was hoping that the inner lining would be the contrast blue but only up near the hood was blue, not down the sides of the front of the robe. The crest was an iron on that will eventually crack and come off, but all in all as long as the robe is treated kindly it should last a while a real crest could always be bought and sewn on.
For the price compared to other HP robes, this was a pretty good deal if you factor in the fun your child will have. It was a tad expensive and if you aren't pressed for time and don't have to pay the outrageous shipping (but, even the standard is still too much.) you will enjoy your purchase much more. My daughter could not have completed her look without it. :)"
