"very cute but as with most birthday hats the strings tended to come off and it was for a one year old so she put it in her mouth and got soggy. to be expected so I was not surprised."

"These hats come flat and you have to put them together and put the strings on your self... I would not recommend these for the price.... they are fairly small also and the string is too short"

"I was a little surprised to see that I had to put the cone hats together. It wasn't difficult after the first 2 or 3. They didn't come with instructions, but it was fairly easy to figure out. I bought them for both adults and children, but they don't fit adults too well. The elastic just isn't quit long enough. I still think they are adorable and we will have a great time. I would recommend this product, but if adults want to join in the party hat fun, they might find themselves a little uncomfortable."

"These look really cute pictured on the site, but when we got them they need to be put together. You have to roll the hat and place the tabs in and also put the string in. They were not easy to roll and put the tabs in. After putting them together they did not look as nice as the picture and they kept coming apart."
