Poor picture quality

"the picture quality was poor at best - very blurry picture and not at all what was displayed at the order preview. The create an announcement application was VERY slow to respond, not due to my system issues. I should have paid attention to the old adage "you get what you pay for". Delivery was fast, which may have resulted in the poor quality."
