"I was very impressed with the speed, efficiency and care taken into consideration with this product. I had received it in the mail, to find it a little ripped and torn on one side. I immediately emailed the company just to let them know. They emailed me back right away to inform me that they were sending a replacement out right away free of charge. And I was told that I could keep the damaged one, there was no need to return it. Talk about customer service! Upon receiving the second one, it wasn't damaged. I had ordered the medium and it's big. I was originally thinking of going with the large size. I'm glad I didn't."
