Upset the quanity was not right

"I ordered 3 packs of the pencils bc I needed 36 as favors for my sons hockey party. The party was today and did not realize until I went to hand them out that the one pack only had ten pencils instead of twelve. So my kids went without, unfortunately. The pencils were really cool bc you rarely find anything hockey."

"These are cute give aways, but when my son's classmates tried to sharpen them, it was impossible. They didn't fit in the classroom sharpener, and is is basically unusable as a pencil."
