"These hats were worthless. They came as flat sheets that I had to assemble myself, they hardly stayed together and the elastic cords that came with them were barely big enough for my one-year old's head, let alone any of the other kids or adults that wanted to wear one. Don't waste your money!"

"As others have mentioned these were difficult to put together. We did not use them as hats but hung them from the ceiling as decorations. They were very cute!"

"These hats are a poor design - they took quite a bit of time to put together, as they don't come assembled. Then they don't stay together. Also the string that is supposed to hold the hat one, is flimsy and kept breaking, causing frustration for the kids and the adults. Terrible product!!!!"

"I LOVED these little hats! They were easy to put together (although, it was a surprise when I recieved them that I would need to assemble them myself), and very cute on the kids. I made a pom-pom & added it to the top of the birthday boy's so that his hat would be extra special :)"

"Although these are cute... and they matched the party decor... I did not care for the way they were shipped (flat) and the fact that I had to sit and assemble each of them. What a pain."
