"I found these hats to be poor in quality and construction. I will actually be calling to exchange them for something else. Please read the rest of my reviews on this theme, there are many great products, these hats aren't one of them though."

"I got these hats because my 4 year old really wanted them for his birthday party. But when we started to put them together, we realized that the elastic strings were WAY too short! The string was not long enough to strech down under his chin when the hat was on his head. After several attempts to get the hat on, the only thing we accomplished was hurting my son. The only kid the hat fit on was my baby - he's 7 months old!! If you want the kids at your party to actually be able to WEAR party hats, then DON'T GET THESE!"

Cute, but bad fit

"The elastic string that comes with these hats are too small/short, making the hats difficult to wear (too tight). My son is 4 and it was a tight stretch to get this on his head :(."

"they were a little frustrating to put together, but they match the plate design perfectly, so how could you go wrong! I did however, like the way the elastic attached to the hat, ingenious."
