"These come flat in a box and you have to put them together like the crowns I use to get at burger king except it's a one size fits all sort of thing. When assembled the part you put on your head is not perfectly round. Instead it make a "V" shape where the cardboard comes together. We will use them for this Birthday party but I'll never buy them again."
