"These hats are cute, and good print quality. The monkey pops out, so that added a little fun factor.
Unfortunately, the hats were shipped flat and had to be assembled, which was a bit tedious, and the strings were VERY short, too short for 7+ year olds to wear."

"I bought these for my daughter's b-day party & thought easy assembly meant you have to attach the chin straps but it's NOT this easy. The hats come flat & you have to try to get them in the correct shape (which is difficult to do without denting the hats). And the flap of cardboard that's supposed to hold the hat together is pretty flimsy. Don't buy these...you're better off buying hats that are already put together!!"

"These hats are really cute, but they do not come whole. they are flat, and you have to fold them yourself. I had 3 sets of these and 2 sets of the boy monkey hats, and it took me about 3 minutes per hat to assemble including putting the strings on. Not only was that the biggest pain ever, but it also made the hats look cheap. I wouldn't have gotten them if they didn't match my theme."

"The pink Mod Monkey is really cute. The hats were a little bit of a pain to put together, but not nearly as bad as I had read in another review. You have to figure that if the hats were sent already in the 'hat from,' they wouldn't make it throught the delivery process."
