Unassembled hats???

"These hats arrive flat and have to be bent, tabbed, taped and the elastic string has to be attached and taped in order to stay secure for kids to use. That's a lot of work for a party hat. The hat's are adorable but should be pre-assembled."

"These hats looked great! The only negative is that you do have to assemble them so keep that in mind in planning your party. It doesn't take very long but would recommend doing it ahead of time."

"You need to tie string to the hats... in all the craziness with first birthday party planning I didnt have time to tie the strings and didnt land up using the hats at all!
Just be prepared for this if you plan on ordering the hats."
