"I knew from another review that I was going to have to assemble these myself, so although that was a royal pain, I was prepared for it (you don't just assemble the hats, you attach the elastic too).
But it's the elastic that earned this poor ranking - cone hats are useless without their elastic, and these elastics barely fit a 1.5-year-old's head, let alone his bigger friends and parents. Only one of these hats got worn, and that was for about a minute. Garbage, I'm furious that I spent anything on them."

"These went with the cowboy them we did for my sons 2nd birthday. They were cute but you have to assemble them which is kind of a pain. They end up bending funny and and the slots tear. I would simply prefer they come ready to go. Otherwise they are very cute."
