"I liked that this looked like the real thing, without looking cheap. The hat held up well, the mustache stayed on well (even though it was too large and covered both lips). The gloves were large and made it a little difficult to hold on to the candy basket for Trick-or-Treating, but that's to be expected. The material is pretty thin, and there's only 2 velcro fasteners in the back, so we had our son wear a red shirt underneath for coverage and warmth. The inflatable "belly" for under the costume was shaped funny, and hung oddly without help from safety-pins holding it in place over the shoulders. All-in-all, we were very impressed, and when we deflated the belly just a little, it fit better under the costume. Great purchase. Terrible shipping time. Took 3 weeks. Luckily we ordered early. It got to us the week before Halloween."

"My 4 year son loves Mario and this costume made his Halloween. The moustache and inflatable belly just put the costume over the top. The moustache did not come with directions so I used spirit gum to adhere it which worked out great. I orderd the size 4 and wished I had gotten the bigger size- seems to run on the small side."

"I purchased this costume for my 3yr old son all he wanted to be for Halloween was Mario & we would have been better off just buying the hat! The gloves fit me(I am 39 yr old), the costume wasnt even close to fitting him & he wears 24mo. pants! So my wife took the buttons off the costume & sewed them on some overalls & he put on a red sweatshirt, the hat (fit great) & moustache. And voila! Mario!"
