"This is my second review. The first review with a photo, was not published. I purchased this balloon and once it was inflated, with the cardboard weights attached to Minnie's feet, it still did not walk. In fact, Minnie would have floated away if I did not tie a string around her neck. I am disappointed I spent so much for one balloon and it did not walk as stated in the description."
