"True to size--absolutely loved knowing that my 3-year old fit into this costume just right. He is slightly less than 30 pounds and average in height for his age and if anything the boot covers came right over his shoes. He LOVES this costume so much that we have to sometimes let him fall asleep in it and I will take it off later. Super cool built-in muscles are a nice feature and the cape is of a great length for a toddler. Only reason why I gave this product 4 stars, vs 5, is because after about 4 times of wearing this AND playing in it, the back stitching is starting to come out and looking a bit ragged already. Again, we are talking a 3-YEAR OLD BOY WITH NORMAL PLAY AND WEAR AND TEAR... =) So, if you expect something more durable, you would sooner make it yourself!"

"The costume looked great, and my son loved the idea of the muscles included, but the cape was very uncomforable, and he refused to wear it. It was scratchy and due to the way it attached with velcro around the throat, he constantly pulled at it, so we left it off. Bummer, because it is way cooler with the cape."

"This superman costume was good quality, and the muscles looked real. My son had fun "flying around" in the suit w/ cape. The fit was good, the look was good, all around good costume. The only thing I would change would be the boot covers - they "rode up" my sons boots underneath a bit."

"Over all, this was an extremely cheaply made costume. Both foot straps broke and numerous seems came undone over the course of the evening. It held together but only just barely."

"Nice costume with fun molded chest. The sizing is very large - bought a size 4-6 for my 5 year old and it is very large, but i'm afraid the 2-4 would be too short. The quality is good as he is wearing it already!"

"Fun costume. My son loves Superman so this costume was a natural choice. He is a thin size 4 and this costume is very big. I hesitate to go down a size because I'm sure it will be too short. Hopefully he will fill out some by then and we won't have to take it up a lot."

"My 4 year old son loved the muscels! It was a little long, but we just had it tailored and it looks great! It would also be a good idea to replace the velcro with a button. It works much better!"
