"I bought this costume for my granddaughter for Halloween. The quality is sooo much nicer than the ones you'd buy at a Department store or costume shop. I was a little skeptical about the iron-on faces of the Lion, Tin-Man and Scarecrow, but it is actually done very good. The dress ties in the back at the waist and has a small velcro closure at the neck. I also purchased the red ruby slippers to match, and they are amazing. The basket and Toto is a bit cheezy, we are going to purchase another basket and her real live Yorkie will play the part of Toto.
I hung the dress up in the closet awaiting Halloween; my granddaughter (who's 4) saw it and starting jumping up and down with excitment. Of course I let her try it on. The measurements are true to size. She is going to be one happy Dorothy."

"This costume is really cute and fits my daughter perfectly. I wish the basket was nicer and Toto. It's just a piece of cardboard you have to tape together. The other costume had a much nicer basket it looked like. I ordered the cute lion costume for my son and it is very nice as well."
