"I bought my daughter the size 12 costume which is a bit too big for her (she is 9 1/2). The hat is definitely too small for this age girl. Too bad because it is really cute."

"I was worried about this purchase b/c of some of the reviews stating that it was too small, but it was a perfect fit. I would consider my 5 year old to be average size, not petite at all, and the hat was just right! Looks so cute w/ her costume!"
