"The customer service for this purchase was wonderful! The item itself however, not so good. One of the umbrellas broke the first time I opened it. The CSR was greatly helpful getting me a replacement in a very short time free of charge. Then, the replacement broke on the 2nd use. Not the fault of the company that sold it, but an issue for the manufacturer!"

"This is the most unusual reproduction Victorian parasol I have seen offered online. It has a very long handle, which is similar to the originals and very nice, delicate-looking lace as a covering. Good price too!"

"The parasol is a good product. I used it as a prop in my spring musical. After a few months of rehearsal the latch broke. That being said, the parasol probably got more use than most would."

"The service was great and shipment was very fast as they said. The Parasol was perfect for what i needed but unfortunatly i broke in half 2 hrs into having it. And trust me it was not damaged or whacked on anything at any time,it was treated well. Ohwell... Loved it while it lasted!"
