"This petticoat wasn't as full as I expected! Got it to wear under a 50's dress but was way to flat and also short! It's cute but not what I needed!!"

"Good quality, but if you are over a size 6 or 8 ladies, this size doesn't fit 'most'! I bought it for my granddaughter who is a size 14 to wear under her Dorothy costume, but had to send it back. We checked the package again to make sure it was labeled correctly."
