"Love this costume. Runs a little small because it's thin, you'll want to put a onesie or if you are on the East Coast like me, a onesie and leggings underneath. The hat is tight under the chin. I have twin boys and my 22lb little guy wore this. The next size up would have been way too big."

"I bought the 6-12 months infant costume. My son is 20 months, and he fits in 12 month pants and 18 month shirts. This outfit fits him! I would say it's equivalent to a 12 month size. It's thin, but super cute on! Also, the hat doesn't quite come around enough to velcroe it, but I sewed some elastic to make it longer and it looks perfect."
