Great Customer Service- Poor Quality Costume

"Dealing with the customer service team was great when I called to return the first costume sent, which was defective. They were helpful in getting me a second costume quickly, and waived my fees in returning and shipping costs. However the second costume was also poorly made- ripping at seams before my boy really had a chance to wear it."

"My son is 2 and we ordered the 2/4 and the pants were too short and the velcro in the back we could not close. Also, he could not get the mask on because it was too small. We have to re-order a bigger size."

"This is a disposable costume. I have been satisfied with other products I have purchased here. But I have never see a costume made of this type of material. The wrinkles are not going to come out and cannot iron or it will burn. The mask is folded and will not fit well. This is not cloth. I wanted something for my 4 yr old grandson that he could play with over and over again. I was expecting at least cotton. The material will tear easily. I'm sorry I did not understand that this was a one time use. Not satisfied at all."

"I purchased the batman costume in size 2-4 for my 30 pound 3 year old. He is small for his age and the costume barely fits him. Very cute costume, but I would suggest ordering the next size up."

"This costume was great. ONly problem was the neck closure was too tight. I ended up using a safety pin to keep it shut. But, overall he was so cute and the size was great. It was also warm for the colder climates... he wore long-johns underneath the outfit."
