"everyone was asking my 6 year old if she was a mermaid because the design looks like scales more than sequins. she was not happy about it and didn't bother telling anyone that she was hannah because at that point i think she was too embarassed. also note that (a) there is no shape to it as it appears in the picture and (b) the back is not the same as the front - it's cheap polyester see-through blue material."
