"I bought this dress as part of a dress-up wardrobe gift for my daughter's 3rd b-day. It's cute on her and I like that it came with the two rubber band bows. One complaint I have is that the arms are tight on her (as soon as she tried it on, she kept repeating, "Mommy, it's scratchy"). An easy fix, though...I'm just going to snip the material a bit on both sleeves. Other than that, the dress seems more generous in size than some of the other dresses I bought for her."
