Great for Young Kids
Date:October 25, 2010
"This was a great purchase. The ax is very lightweight, which was a definite plus for a family with a very active two year old boy. While hitting is always a no-no, this toy did not hurt when occasional contact was made. The blood looked very fake because of the dark color, but that was a good thing for my scaredy-cat family."

Very Sturdy
Date:October 22, 2012
"This is a great axe for zombie hunting! It is very sturdy, especially for the price. It will last through Halloween this year and will probably end up as a decoration for next year!"

Got the job done
Date:November 5, 2010
"My son wanted this to accompany his scary costume. It was the right weight and design for a child. Not too heavy (so he wouldn't accidently knock out one of his friends wih an ill timed impulsive blow to the head) and not too light. The blood was the right amount for the desired effect-light gore. He seemed to like the addition of the axe to his costume."

Bloody Axe Prop
Date:November 1, 2010
"The axe was acceptable-but not at allrealistic. I was a bit disappointed. Used it in a distant prop setup, to let imaginations do the work."
