"Very cute, but didn't work out of the box unless you wanted to hold the wind up and turn it backwards! I did send an email to customer service and they refunded me."

"These are really cute - but they don't work very well at all. You wind it up and it goes for about a half a second and then you have to push it to keep going and it just kept stopping - then you pick it up and it unwinds in your hand. Very disappointing."
