"Is this worth $50? No, but I plan on keeping it because my three year old likes it. The buckles appear metal in the picture, but are actually black plastic. The fabric is very lightweight and the costume feels flimsy overall. May be too picky, but not quite what I expected for the price."

"Our son regularly pedals through the neighborhood in a yellow plastic firefighter jacket and helmet, so he had been asking for firepants for over 8 months when I saw the picture of this costume in the catalog. We were pleased with tan option, and he regularly sports the costume. My 4 year old's only issue, was mom, now I need Fire Boots."

"Nicest Firefighter costume that I've seen but the clasps are not metal like they look in the picture. They are cheap black clips. The top is VERY small compared to the baggy bottoms but the weather wasn't too chilly this year so it worked out ok. Would only recommend it if you have a coupon for a discount or free shipping or something."
