"I've never had a problem with my balloons when buying from CE. Quality is always high and holds up to the standards a balloon should. The color is also great, not like the dark purple that often looks black."

"6 of the twelve balloons i ordered would not hold helium, they had holes in them. i will never order balloons from here again. Also the part that you blow up was so big that it would fall off the helium tank spout...they were just really bad balloons. but everything else in my order was great!"

"The balloons were so pretty, they didnt look like cheap walmart balloons. My only problem was that i bought a few packages of these, and out of the packages 3 or 4 balloons had holes in them. It was very dissapointing."
