"This is actually a vinyl banner... not heavy duty but much better quality than I expected... I was looking for something that the guests to sign but cant find anything yet... but this will work out perfectly with a black magic marker.... perfect to have guests sign and use as keepsake .."

"I love celebrate express.You can get everything you need in one place. From balloons, helium tanks, and every kind of decorations you need. This has really saved me a lot of time. "I got this banner and just love it!! I actually went online to purchase a banner for my childrens birthday parties and just fell in love with it, so I had to buy one for myself!!
