"I order this John Deere banner for my son's first birthday party. When I got it I wasn't going to open the banner up because the sticker was right on the name. My mom stop by later after I recieved it and it had the wrong name on it with only 3 days away from my son's birthday. I called the company and they had it here Saturday around noon and my son's party was at 1:30. I was soooo happy that I got the banner in time and with the right name!!"
