"This was the cutest idea for my son's 2nd birthday. It was colorful and fun. Even my daughter had fun with the idea. I got a lot of very positive feedback from all who attended my sons party. The construction cone candles really made the birthday cake. I purchased a small bulldozer toy to use and took the candles and toy to my bakery. The cake turned out great. Everyone loved it."

"These little hard hats were too cute....They're great for decoration at the start of the party and awesome take home gift at the end of the party...Made a little cheap but perfect for what I paid for, other places have them priced 2 or 3 times more."

Title: Cute, but a bit on the large side
|
Date: January 25, 2010

"I bought these hats for my 3-year old's birthday party. They are very cute, but were too big for most of the children at the party. They are pretty durable for a party hat...they lasted long after the party ended!"

Title: good price but very small
|

"I ordered these for my son's 9yr old LEGO party based on several descriptions that the hats were large.....we did not find that to be the case. They are small. Perhaps they would be ideal for 4-6 yr old crowd. Flimsy, but exactly what I expected and will work as a party hat."

Title: Kids loved them
|
Date: January 24, 2010

"The kids at my son's party loved the construction hats. They actually wore them and wanted to take them home. My son can still wear his when he's playing with his new tools. They are very thin plastic, but do the job - none of them borke even when the boys got rough."

"These hats were adorable! I bought some ABC stickers at a local craft store and personalized each hat for each child who rsvp'ed and then had spare blank hats for anyone who showed up and didnt rsvp..
The only downside of these were they are really for younger kids. 10 and under. I did have some older pre teens and teens at the party, but i worked that out by buying five hats or so from the same local craft store, they were soft foam and i put larger letters on them with their names as well."

"These worked out perfectly for my sons 2nd birthday. The website says there are 8 per package however there were actually 12. Was fine for me and had extras in case someone broke theirs or wanted another one."

Title: Too big!
|
Date: July 14, 2009
|
"These hats are way too big for 3 year olds, and not even the 5 year olds at the party could fit in these. Only use these hats with older children. It would have been nice if an Age 8+ symbol had been placed in the catalog or online so I wouldn't have bought them."
