Holes to small

"The holes were too small to get water to go into them, so we needed to enlarge the holes to make them work. Had the holes been large enough I would have been satisfied with the product."

Not Worth Your Money!

"My son is having a firefighter-themed birthday so we thought these would be great for the goody bags. However, they are really cheap. They don't work (won't fill with water), & are so poorly constructed that there is dried glue all over them. They are also so thick that when you squeeze them, the seam breaks."
