"I have ordered these banners over the years, and have always loved the fact that they didn't rip, and smear. My kids have hung them in their rooms for the whole year! Anyhow, I ordered one for my son this year, and while it arrived quickly, I think they rushed the printing. When I unrolled it, there were a bunch of smear marks along the bottom border as if they had rolled it before it was all dry. Much of the border was that way (white scratches/smears)"
