"I expected these to make sound but they don't. Maybe it said that somewhere, but I didn't see it. But they were still fun and all the kids at our party loved them. I took the little cardboard flower cutout off, as it didn't match our theme. So they were simple and fun! They say "Happy 1st Birthday" when unrolled."

"The blowouts looked good, but they did not make that horn-sounding noise that blowouts are supposed to make when blown. I received a full refund for them."
