"Great hats, only downside is they come unmade. You have to roll them, hook them together and put the strings on, a bit of a pain!"

"These hats are cute but need to be assembled-not a good idea if done on the day of the party (not as easy to put together quickly as one might think). Take all items out of box & assemble before the party."
