"I like the design, but upon piecing these together, some ripped and were very delicate. Not a good idea for kids that will be flailing about. BUT, it will be fine for one use."

"I was disappointed when I received these party hats because I had to put them together. They strings come separate and the hats come flat. They fall apart easily."
