"Be sure you have plenty of time to put these little party hats together and be sure you have some tape to hold them together. Then you can hook the little thin elastic band on the hat. Try not to touch or they will fall apart!"

"These are a pain to put together without tearing! We made sure to tape the tab (once we FINALLY got it in the slot) so these would not fall apart on the kids heads. There has to be a better way to get party hats!"

"I bought these hats for my son's baseball themed first birthday party. The quality of the hat is just okay. (But the price is very reasonable.) The hats did not come assembled or with instructions, but all of the needed pieces were included."
