"These hats are super cute and they complete the lil' cupcake theme. They did not come pre-made, so you have to assemble them, I didn't really like that because then the cardboard gets a little bit bent up. Also, they were a little snug for older children, but absolutely perfect for the birthday girl."

"The party hats were so adorable until we rolled them up only to discover that there were no elastics to hold them on. We attempted to use some ribbon but it was too much. How disappointing."
