"We had to 'assemble' the hats ourselves, and ripped about 1/2 of them as we were trying to put them together. They are shipped flat, and you have to make them into hats, and attach the string."

"the hats are un-assembled !!!!
how can a bday hat come un-assembled ?? i was sent 32 pieces( 4 pkgs. ) of flat hats ! I have to shape the cone, AND attach the string. They were not even wrapped in plastic, thank God they weren't ruined in shipping ! Anyway, I already broke 2 on accident ! it's impossible not to crease the card board too ! I think it's ridiculous, i would never have bought them if i knew they were so un-assembled !!!!!!!!"

"These were very cute, but didn't last long with the little ones! They were a little time consuming to put together, so unless your child LOVES to wear hats, I probably wouldn't bother purchasing these hats."
