"I had been hunting for ballerina party plates and napkins locally and could not find any. Time was getting close so I found Celebrate Express online and they had so many to choose from. Everything I ordered was lovely. Ordering was simple and easy and the shipment came in fast, just as promised. Everyone at the party commented on the beautiful plates, napkins and centerpieces."
