"The hats arrived and are very cute. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to the fact that I have to assemble them myself. I don't remember that in the description and have never had to do that on similar items before."

"These hats are cute, but you have to assemble them yourself. They have to be folded and the strings have to be attached. I wish they had Happy 1st Birthday on them to match the Just Ducky plates. I also think the party supplies are too expensive."
