"I think the Hats are cute, the only con is making them!..i thought when i bought them that they were put together, but they weren't! A couple of them ripped in the process of me trying to make them but nothing tape can't fix overall i really do love them"

"These were the worst hats I ever bought. You have to put htem together and it is not easy at all. They wound up bending and looking very poor. would not have purchased if I would have known it was that difficult to put a childrens party hat together"

Pretty cute but cheaper than expected

"I love this design but the quality of the hats could be better. You have to fold them up yourself and add the elastic chin straps. I expected them to come in a little stack all ready to wear. They will be cute once ready though."
