"I bought this for my son a month ago and it arrived in a week, but it was missing the mylar ballon, napkins and small blue plates, we called "CE"and they send us the party supplies within a week (GREAT). The plates, cups, napkins and spoons are strong and everything else is good material =) Everyone one gave us good comments about our theme, it's really cute."
