"The frame is VERY cheap and the cardboard cut out doesn't even fit in the frame. I went out and bought another frame for it so I paid $20 for a cardboard cut out ...I am not happy!! I Do like the cut out for everyone to sign it is adorable but if I knew how cheap the frame was going to be I would not have paid $20 for it!!"
