"This banner was the best quality I ever hoped for. I used it for son's 1st Birthday. I was floored when I took it out of the box because I had expected something mediocre and discovered a THICK VINYL/PLASTIC banner with great printing. The metal loops that frame the circle cut-outs to allow you to hang the banner are made so well too. If someone didn't know you purchased the banner online, they would think you ordered it from a regular commercial printer that sells for restaurants, businesses, etc.
I will only buy the birthday banners from Celebrate Express from now on."
