"When I received my scroll, I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the paper used and the care they took to prevent creases during transit. On another note, another scroll I ordered had creases due to their printer but they were very responsive and quick to ship out another one. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this site and product!"
