"My daughter's birthday is on the 13th and I received it about a week before. It came rather quickly if I must say so myself. And I'm glad it did! The quality was excellent! This was my first time ordering a banner online and I would definitely order from Celebrate Express again. Ordering was a piece of cake, shipment was fast & the quality was great. My only problem was that one of the letters was a little scuffed. I guess it didn't dry 100% but it wasn't that big of a deal. Other than that minor detail, the banner actually exceeded my expectations."
