"The tape that they secur ethe scrolled banner with STICKS to teh banner, leaving a HORRIBLE sticky..VERY STICKY...residue on it that NOTHING will remove. Have bought two, so this is standard packing for it. Tried goo gone, alcohol, Magic eraser-YOU name it..NOTHING removed the residue! I would recommend that they just rubber band or cello wrap it, or even tie string or ribbon. ANYTHING but this AWFUL sticky tape that will NOT come off!"

"Needed a banner for my granddaughter's princess party, but we had dropped the ball on ordering it. It turned out beautifully, and best of all, even though I didn't order it until Tuesday, I had it in my hands on Friday, in time for the weekend party. Yes, I paid extra for shipping, but that's what grandmothers do! I did live chats a couple of times to ensure that the banner would arrive on time, and they explained that the guaranteed date that popped up was already adjusted for the personalization. So cool! The banner was terrific. Just be careful removing the tape when you unroll the banner. (I nipped the banner with the scissors.)"
