"My daughter wanted a princess party for her 4th birthday and the quality and quantity is the best value! I have been usinging Celebrate Express since my oldest daughters 1st birthday and never bought birthday party supplies anywhere nor ever will! Its a great company with great customer service. While I was placing my order I realized my garage door was left open overnight and the customer service rep on the phone offered to stay on the line with me while I looked in my garage and my house since she had my address if she needed to call 911 for me! As it turned out everything was ok!!"
